Festive frolics in this romantic drama starring Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn

The ultimate New Year’s movie, Holiday is a film where starting over is ingrained in every scene.  Free-thinking Johnny Case, in the midst of a very promising business deal, becomes engaged to Julia Seton, not knowing she’s an heiress with a very proper, old-school father. His unorthodox plan to go on “holiday” for the early years of his life is met with scepticism by everyone except for his fiancée's eccentric sister Linda and long suffering brother Ned. With the help of his old friends Nick and Susan Potter, he makes up his mind as to which is the better course to take; and the better mate to spend his life with.
